Christmas Opening Hours*
24th December 2004 - 9am - 3pm BST 
25th December 2004 - Closed*
26th December 2004 - 10am - 5pm BST
27th December 2004 - 9am - 10pm BST (normal working hours)

* This year due to a unforeseen circumstances we will not be opening on the 25th December 2004. Unfortunately one member of our team past away on the 24th December.

General Opening Hours
Our store is normally open 365 days / year and apart from the rare occasions when we are performing maintenance on our servers you can make orders on-line at any time.

Office hours here are 9am-10pm GMT (4am-5pm EST) 7 days per week. Occasionally these may vary slightly. If you contact our office outside this time you may leave a message for the start of the next working day.

UK Bank Holidays -  Opening Hours

During UK bank holidays the business will be open but will be operating a reduced service. Priority is given to internet orders.  We will try and process all urgent order on this day but no guarantees are given.

Bank holiday opening hours are normally 10am - 8pm BST (British standard time)

Customer Services

If your PIN is not working please contact sales (above) for confirmation.

1) If you have a problem with your card, other than an invalid pin, then please contact the specific  customer services number for your particular card. This is found on the product page and on your emailed order. If your card was shipped, then you can find this number on the back of the card. Under the 'data protection act' we do not have access to your call information unless investigating a fraudulent purchase, which is why card manufacturers usually perform first line support.

2) If you problem persist or is not resolved with (1) then please contact sales by either email or by phone.

Payment Metods

By Cheque? Please make cheques payable to '1st4phonecards.com'. We accept cheques for UK orders only. (This is due to the very long clearance time, often 6 weeks + from abroad). You may wish to use credit card which is much faster (retail) or 'Wire Transfer' (wholesale).

By Wire Transfer?  This is normally used for wholesale purchases. Please make wire transfers to: 1st4phonecards.com,
Please contact us for these details when you are ready.
Please allow 3-5 working days for typical wire transfers. If paying in the UK,  then you can pay into any Barclays Bank or pay by 'chaps'.

By Switch/Debit Card/Credit Card? You can make 'secure' purchases online with most debit/credit cards. By using our online store you will qualify for '1st4points, our loyalty program. Alternatively you may wish to phone us with your order.

Recorded Calls
For quality assurance and training purposes, calls made 'from' or 'to' 1st4Phonecards may be recorded. 1st4phonecards reserves the right to pass any information, included recordings, over to the relevant authority if suspecting fraudulent credit card use.
